Homework Monday, October 1st

READING: Read for 30 minutes and log. Notice what you are wondering and jot it down. Then either:

1. Read on to find answers to your wonderings

 

Or

 

2.Use what you know from other books or your life to try to answer your wonderings.

 

STUDENT COUNCIL: We will have a Student Council Election on Friday, October 5th. If you are interested in running, please prepare a short speech. We will vote for one girl and one boy representative for our class.

STAR BOOK: Read My Secret Bully with a parent or guardian. If it is your night with the book, please read the S.T.A.R. book together with a parent, talk about the discussion questions on the inside cover, and fill out the response sheet. It is important to provide your comments and reactions on the bottom. Upon completion, please cross of your name and bring it to school the next day. Hand the book to the next person on the list.
