READING:
Read 30 minutes and jot- make a movie in your mind!
Log and remember to push yourself to reach your goal!
Create a section in your notebook for JUST RIGHT BOOKS. Use Booksource.com to search for JR books that you would be interested in reading. Carefully read what the book is about before deciding if you are interested or not. "Don't judge a book by its cover or title!" Create a list making sure to include the Title and Author.

WRITING:
Look at your goal that you set for yourself as a writer. Read over your draft, revise accordingly making sure that you are pushing yourself to reach your goal.

For example: My goal as a writer is to make sure that I use the right punctuation when using dialogue.
